Hi, I’m Gabriel Felice — founder of Aviazzi Limited and a passionate aviation professional with over 15 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, compliance, and aviation management.

Aviation has been a lifelong passion of mine. I started out in hands-on roles as a line maintenance technician and gradually moved into leadership positions with international operators like Hyperion Aviation and VistaJet. Along the way, I’ve held several nominated and senior roles, always with a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Founding Aviazzi was a natural next step — a way to bring together everything I’ve learned and offer tailored support to operators, MROs, and aviation businesses. My academic journey, including an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, has shaped my forward-thinking approach and deepened my commitment to improving the way we work in this industry.

At the heart of what I do is a belief in building aviation operations that are not just safe and compliant, but also efficient, innovative, and ready for the future.
